Care I had is excellent they are very helpful and pleasant. Royal orthopedic hospital is one of the best and I will recommend to anyone.
Excellent, well work the visit. Clarified and reassured on many points.
Thank you.
Wonderful as always.
The service was very good.
Experienced staff really helps with care and exercises.
Excellent professional caring service.
Very caring and friendly.
Nurse was very kind and friendly. She explained everything fully. No improvements needed on his care.
My care was excellent by the ROC nurse Bekki. She was caring and very respectful.
I think there is a lack of communication between the people who give you your medication to bring home and the ROC nurses, hospital told me when I asked about my morphine that the ROC nurse would give it to me when she arrived she didn’t have it and then had to go back to hospital for it.
The nurse doesn’t have it, it should be prescribed at hospital. This mix up should be sorted.
Thank you very much for your help and caring.
Sue Day my hero!
